The Award for the UK's Best Early Career Social Scientist goes to....Dr Saffron O'Neill

Saffron O’Neill has been awarded the 2011 Scopus Prize for the best early career social scientist in the UK, jointly awarded jointly by Elsevier publishers and the Fullbright Commission. Saffron undertook her PhD with the Tyndall Centre UEA on public engagement with climate change, and won a medal with Johanna Forster at the Chelsea Flower Show for her climate change garden. Saffron is currently continuing her research at the University of Melbourne.
