Vacancies: Lectureships in Human Geography at UEA
The UEA is advertising two lectureships in Human Geography in the School of Environmental Sciences.
The School of Environmental Sciences is one of the largest and longest established academic departments in Europe to focus on the study of the global environment. The outstanding impact of our research was recognised in the 2014 UK Research Excellence Framework, in which the School was ranked 1st in the UK for research impact. We are looking to appoint two excellent geographers who can broaden the human geography expertise in the School and excel in an interdisciplinary working environment. The successful candidates will have emerging international research records in human geography of the environment and be capable of contributing to the successful 3S (Science, Society and Sustainability), Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research or CSERGE (Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment) research groupings. The further particulars identify areas of research that are particularly attractive to the School.
The post holders will play an important role in developing and delivering content on the BA and BSc Geography programmes in the School.
The two posts are available from 1 August 2017, on a full-time indefinite basis.
More details are available on the UEA Website.
