Research Interests: Interdisciplinary research investigating the interactions between society, public policy, risk and climate change. The emotional, cognitive and behavioural components of risk perception, risk communication and public engagement. The role creative approaches (creative writing, installations, gardening) can play in connecting individuals with climate change. The role of values in adaptation. Communicating adaptation.
