New report examines perceptions of climate change in Europe
The first and most in-depth analysis of climate change opinions in some of Europe’s largest countries has revealed an overwhelming belief that climate change is happening.
I am currently part of a research project that will provide a cross-national comparison of public perceptions of climate change across four northern European countries (the UK, Germany, France, and Norway). Moreover, I am involved with other projects of the Understanding Risk Group e.g. assessing potential social barriers and opportunities for change in material use, or examining how personal flooding experience affects perceptions of climate change.
